Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Teddys wood work. We provide Free Tracked Delivery on all orders. As a customer in the United Kingdom, your purchase is governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your item without giving any reason.

Notification Period: You must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return the item.

Return Period: You have an additional 14 days from notification to dispatch the package back to us.

Condition: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping: All return shipping costs are strictly the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Our wooden collectibles are crafted from natural materials. In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged or broken during transit:

Reporting Window: You must report any damage or defects within 30 days of delivery.

Proof Required: Please provide your order number alongside clear photographs showing the defect/damage and the outer shipping package.

Resolution: Once photos are verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. If a physical return is requested by our team, the return postage must be arranged and paid by the customer upfront.

3. Natural Variations in Handcrafted Wood

Please note that our products are made from natural wood. Subtle differences in wood grain, minor natural knots, and slight color tone variations are intrinsic characteristics of authentic woodwork and are not considered manufacturing defects or damages.

4. How Returns & Refunds Are Handled

1. Email customer support with your order number, reason for return, and required photo evidence.

2. Once your return is received and inspected (or photographic proof is verified), your refund will be processed.

3. Full refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
