We make every effort to display the colors and details of our handcrafted wooden items as accurately as possible. However, because our figurines are made from natural wood:

Subtle variations in wood grain, natural wood knots, and minor differences in shading are natural characteristics of authentic wood craftsmanship and are not considered manufacturing defects.

All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed once your order is accepted and dispatched by Teddys wood work.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a prompt, full refund.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT

Currency: All prices are charged in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

Taxes & Duties: Prices displayed for UK customers include applicable standard UK import charges. You will not face hidden fees upon delivery.

Payment Security: Payment must be completed prior to order processing. We accept payment methods provided at checkout via our secure payment processor.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

Estimated delivery times to the UK are typically 7–12 business days. All delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be subject to carrier or customs delays beyond our direct control.

Each order is shipped with tracked delivery. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon physical delivery to the delivery address provided during checkout.

SECTION 6 - CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND STATUTORY RIGHTS

As a customer in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights are governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

14-Day Right to Cancel: You have 14 calendar days from delivery to cancel your purchase without giving any reason. The customer is strictly responsible for paying all return postage costs.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If an item arrives damaged or broken during transit, you must report it within 30 days with clear photographic evidence for a free replacement or full refund.
