As these are wooden figurines with hand-painted details, and every piece of wood has its own unique grain, your figurine may vary slightly in small details or shade. That’s what makes every piece truly one of a kind!

The standard delivery time is 8–12 working days. I do my best to process every order as quickly as possible so that your new animal arrives on time. I’ll keep you updated by email about the delivery process and the progress of your parcel.

If your wooden animal isn’t quite right for you, you can return it within 14 days without giving a reason. I also offer a full warranty. If your parcel arrives damaged or you experience any other issue, simply email me at teddy@teddyswoodwork.com, and I’ll personally do my best to resolve everything as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction.
